We do our best to respond to messages in less than 24 hours during business days. Exceptions may occur. We very rarely reply on weekends.

Orders can take up to 5 business days to be shipped (7 days). If you wish to receive your order for a specific date, please message us concerning this prior to purchase.

All sales are final. All returns are to be made within 14 days of purchase. 

For express and insured shipping please inquire prior to purchase. 

We are not responsible for lost items. We offer insured shipping. Please inquire further if you wish to have your order sent insured. 

All items are within the UK are sent via signed and tracked, International orders are sent via signed postage. 

We are not responsible for orders that were not picked up from the post office by the customer or for packages that were attempted to be delivered 3 times unsuccessfully. If an item is lost due to failure of picking up/ receiving the package no refund will be provided.

If an item is sent back to us for reasons outside of our control, the shipping cost must be paid again by the customer. This includes possible return custom clearance.

Custom fees on orders outside of the EU must be paid by the customer.

*We will provide the buyer with a return label. Once the item is received and is sent back in the exact condition it was sent in, the store credit will be issued. Any sign of wear or alteration by the buyer will cause the item to be sent back to you and you will be invoiced for the shipping cost.

Please keep in mind that while we do our best to accurately describe items, they are vintage items. Pin holes, standard signs of wear, blemishes are not considered to apply to this policy.
